One of the greatest New Balance collaborations of all time is back. The Concepts 998 “C-Note” originally released in 2013 and quickly gained cult status. Fast forward a decade later, to celebrate its 10th anniversary, the shoe has returned nearly identical to its original form. SoleSavy’s fifth custom sneaker, the SS5, recently were offered to members, limited to only 100 individually numbered pairs. Philadelphia-based Garrixon Studios took soles from white-on-white Air Force 1s and rebuilt the uppers entirely from scratch using premium red coloured suedes and nubucks.
