Today I’m reviewing one of the most hyped releases of the year – the triple collaboration between Fragment Design, Travis Scott, and Jordan Brand on the Air Jordan 1 Low! Adopting a cooler colour scheme than the previous Travis Scott x Air Jordan 1 Low, a simple white and black leather upper is complimented by hits of sail and military blue for a pop of colour. The signature oversized reverse swoosh adorns the lateral side of the shoe, while logos of all three are visible throughout the shoe. Check out my review and let me know what you think!
In today’s solo episode I’m sharing my thoughts on the issue of product scarcity which is leading consumers to alternate avenues, including buying reps or “fake” sneakers, supporting artists who produce custom pairs or brands that produce silhouettes with an obvious influence from existing silhouettes like the Air Jordan 1. This women’s Air Jordan 1 is one of my favourites of the year! The “Seafoam” Air Jordan 1 released on August 12th, featuring a white leather base with pastel green coloured nubuck overlays. Check out my review for a closer look and let me know if you guys are feeling these ones or not!
London-based sneaker brand notwoways (created in part by YouTuber Callux ) recently released their second silhouette, the ARW, in a black-based colourway nicknamed “Afterdark”. Incorporating a knitted upper with reflective accents throughout, pops of orange can be found throughout the shoe along with a chunky foam midsole, for a very futuristic and sleek look all around.
