Doernbecher x Nike Zoom Fly SP “Payton Fentress” Review

The 2018 Doernbecher Freestyle collection dropped this past December, and my favourite of the pack was the Zoom Fly SP, designed by 12-year old Payton Fentress! Inspired by his love for sports, specifically the Chicago Cubs, these have a colourful and playful vibe that when put together, really works! Check out my review and share your comments down below!

Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG “A Star is Born” (Sports Illustrated) Review

One of the final Jordans to drop in 2018 pays homage to the first issue of Sports Illustrated that Michael Jordan graced on the cover as a member of the Chicago Bulls! The “A Star is Born” colourway sees hits of green, red and black, all colours apparent on the iconic issue’s cover. Is this a shoe you dig, or is Jordan Brand pushing the “inspiration” stories too far? Share your thoughts below!

Adidas Yeezy Boost 350 V2 “Static” Review

To close out 2018, Adidas dropped one more Yeezy Boost 350 V2, this time in a static-patterned primeknit. Most notably, these also replaced the traditional stripe on the lateral side with translucent netting, giving the wearer a unique opportunity to add their own flavour through their sock game. Check out my in-depth review and share your thoughts below!

Concepts x Nike Kyrie 5 “Ikhet” Review

Concepts’ latest collab with Nike sees NBA superstar Kyrie Irving’s fifth signature sneaker done with an ancient Egyptian twist. The “Ikhet” colourway, which is a nod to Irving’s Hamsa Hand tattoo and the iconic Pyramids, features tan shades and splashes of purple representing the Egyptian sunset. Check them out in my latest video!
