Nike released the “Air Max Running Club” pack, which is a series of Air Max shoes that are given a retro, 70s flair, inspired by the actual running club, Athletics West, founded by Nike’s co-founders. Nike celebrated Air Max Day, 3.26, by dropping three regional exclusive Air Max 1s. The North American pair was the “Blueprint” colourway which I’m reviewing today. Nicknamed “Heavy”, this colourway is even wilder than the first, featuring textiles and patterns worn by music festival goers in the 1960s. Yesterday, Drake finally dropped his first sneaker under the Nike x Nocta banner with the Hot Step Air Terra. Releasing in two colourways, today I’m reviewing the “White” pair, which is a nod to late 90s and early 00s sneaker designs. Built with a quilted leather upper, reflective 3M accents add some pop along with hits of gold and chrome throughout. Check out my review and let me know if you are a fan or not.
My review of the highly anticipated Union x Nike Dunk Low is here! This three shoe “Passport Pack” started off with the drop of the “Midnight Navy / Pistachio” pair a couple weeks ago. Inspired by regional exclusive Dunks from the early 2000s, this is a modern day twist covering the leather with a ripstop nylon layer.
