MTA, New York City’s transportation authority, teamed up with New Balance for one of the most unlikeliest of collaborations. This 920 model is constructed entirely in grey, reminiscent of a subway train, with hits of blue which are taken from the MTA logo itself. Collegium is set to drop two limited colourways of their highly successful Pillar Destroyer High this week. Inspired by the Air Jordan 1 “Bred” and “Royal”, similar colour schemes are chosen for the upcoming drop on June 26th, but they are constructed using the same, top grain Italian leather that the brand has become known for.
