To celebrate its 40th anniversary, Jordan Brand launched a huge marketing campaign surrounding the release of the Air Jordan 1 High 85 “Bred” (Banned). This iconic sneaker was rebuilt to mimic the look of its original release from 1985. Jordan Brand continues their Reimagined series with the upcoming release of the Air Jordan 5 “Black Metallic”. This original colourway from 1990 stays true to the original with some twists including grey piping on the edges of the panels, and more reflective detailing on the shoe. Originally a PE that was unveiled in 2022, Jordan Brand brought back an alternate colourway of the Rui Hachimura x Air Jordan 1 Low, this one being an Asia exclusive. New Balance and Joe Freshgoods honour their incredible 5-year run of collaborations with the reintroduction of the New Balance 992. Going back to where their run started, this 992 “Aged Well” seemingly is a washed out version of their original collab from 2020. London-based artist, Lorenz.OG, dropped his limited collaboration with New Balance earlier this month. This drop consisted of 150 individually numbered and hand-dyed pairs of the 860 V2, inspired by the London skies during sundown.
