Aimé Leon Dore brought back a 1982 tennis sneaker from New Balance – the T500. Releasing as part of the brand’s Fall / Winter 2023 lineup, they dropped in three colourways. Today, I’ll be reviewing my fave of the three, the “White / Green” pair, that features quality leather uppers and vintage colour blocking atop a classic, clean, silhouette design. Kith x Asics GT-2160 “Cream / Solar Power” Review
Releasing a couple months ago as a Kith in-store exclusive, the Asics GT-2160 dropped in two Kith-exclusive colourways, including this one in “Cream / Solar Power”. This 2011-performance running shoe is now back as one of Asics’ mainstream lifestyle sneakers, featuring a mix of cream coloured mesh and synthetic silver and yellow coloured overlays. Colour Plus Companie x Saucony Grid Shadow 2 “Beach Ramble” Review
Colour Plus Companie released their second ever collaboration with Saucony with the release of the “Beach Ramble” Grid Shadow 2. Inspired by coastal trails, this shoe takes a 90s performance running shoe and turns it into more of a trail running shoe with its material and colour choices. Supreme x Nike SB Dunk Low OG QS “Rammellzee” Review
Supreme recently released another collaboration with Nike Skateboarding, featuring both a Dunk Low and High, inspired by the work of the late NY-based artist, Rammellzee. Featuring his artwork printed on canvas layers, the shoe is accented with bold, black suede throughout and a gum rubber outsole. Japanese label, WTAPS, is back with their third collaboration with New Balance, this time on the 990 V6 silhouette. Opting for a greyscale look, it’s built using a mix of mesh and suede in various tones of grey. X-Men x Kith x Asics Gel-Lyte III 07 Remastered “Wolverine 1975” Review
Celebrating the X-Men’s 60th Anniversary, Kith teamed up with Marvel and Asics to release 7 different colourways of the Gel-Lyte III, each representing different iconic X-Men characters. In my final video for this series, I’ll be giving you a detailed review of the ultra limited “Wolverine 1975” colourway, which is based off of Wolverine’s original costume from the 70s.
