Dropping this past weekend, the Nike Air Max 90 “Supernova” dropped at Foot Locker stores and online, and I managed to grab a pair to review! Dropping earlier this year, my latest sneaker pickup is, you guessed it, another New Balance sneaker. This time, I grabbed the 997 “Seasonal Colors”, which incorporates a myriad of pastel-based colours on the suede upper. Recently, I picked up a pair of the 998 “Coastal Pack” from Sneaker Junkies in Boston, which is another summer-ready pair with a bold orange toebox, contrasted against clean white-coloured leather panels. One of the best Nike Air Force 1 general releases in a while, my latest pickup is the “Sail / Pure Platinum” colourway that released on Nike.ca last month. With various materials in off-white tones, these are a very versatile, low maintenance pair that I love. Check out my review video and comment down below what you feel about them!
As part of the four-pair Metallic pack, the Air Jordan 4 “Metallic Green” is set to drop soon. Featuring a white leather upper, with subtle hits of metallic green throughout, these are a summer-ready pair that I’m a big fan of. The latest New Balance model has arrived – the 327. Collaborating with menswear label Casablanca, these dropped in the end of April in two colourways, both constructed with premium touches with a retro flair. For the Air Jordan 5’s 30th anniversary, Jordan Brand is set to drop a “Top 3” version, which draws inspiration from three of its most iconic colourways: Fire Red, Metallic, and Grape. Dropping later this month, these incorporate a predominantly black nubuck upper with splashes of red, purple and teal that really turns heads. The latest Travis Scott x Nike collab dropped at the end of May with the Air Max 270 React ENG “Cactus Trails”. Talked about by the sneaker community, with both positive and negative reactions, these incorporate a vintage-looking, painted midsole and outsole, along with a multicolour mesh, nylon and TPU upper.
