Another week, another Air Jordan 1 release! This time we see them in the “Phantom” colourway, which is a primarily Sail-based version with contrast stitching all around, giving it a very cut-and-sew aesthetic! These drop later this month, so be sure to check out my review before you cop!
Inspired by Michael Jordan’s love for high-end Italian race cars, the Air Jordan 1 Defiant “Couture” is an elevated, luxurious take on the classic Jordan 1 silhouette. Dressed in teal, purple, navy and orange to pay homage to the City of Charlotte’s current and former NBA franchises, these dropped during the recent NBA All-Star Weekend! My latest pickup is the Nike Air Max 1 Crepe, which dropped in late 2018! Taking the traditional Air Max 1 model, these incorporate a crepe outsole instead of the traditional rubber, and include a variety of materials in the upper including nubuck, corduroy and suede! Arguably the greatest Kobe model of all time, the Kobe 4 is back in “Protro” form, with the “Draft Day” colourway honouring Kobe being drafted by the Hornets in the 1996 NBA Draft! Sticking true to the original, this model has always been one of my faves and I’m super stoked to review the first, of hopefully, many Kobe 4 Protros to drop in the future!
