One of the original colourways of the Air Jordan 1 from 1985 returns tomorrow. The “Shadow” Air Jordan 1 Low first released in 2015, but Jordan Brand has brought them back, featuring a leather and nylon upper in black and grey tones. Callen Schaub x Saucony Shadow 6000 “White / Multi” Review
Canadian abstract artist, Callen Schaub, just launched his first ever collaboration with Saucony. Releasing two pairs on May 6th, today I’m reviewing one of the two – the Shadow 6000. Taking the 1991 retro runner, this colourway is crafted using smooth white leather and black mesh and suede. However it infuses Schaub’s artwork onto the side panels for an overall muted but still unique look. Huge thanks to Saucony Canada for sending over these!
New Balance 990 V4 “Arctic Grey / Black” Review
I’m reviewing one of the most well received general release New Balance sneakers of the year so far! This Made in USA 990 V4 is dressed in a mix of suede and nubuck in “arctic blue”, along with a blacked out midsole / outsole combination. Watch my video for all the details you need to know. How do you feel about these?
Callen Schaub x Saucony Progrid Omni 9 “White / Multi” Review
Canadian abstract artist, Callen Schaub, is set to launch his first ever collaboration with Saucony. Releasing two pairs on May 6th, today I’m reviewing one of the two – the Progrid Omni 9. This pair features a textile upper which pays homage to Schaub’s art style, alongside white and black leather overlays. Check out my detailed review to learn more and to see how these are on feet! Big thanks to Saucony Canada for sending over these!
Nike Kobe 6 Protro “Italian Camo” Review
Nike Basketball brought back this classic from 2011 – the Nike Kobe 6 “Italian Camo”. Built close to the original but tweaked in “protro” form, these feature a camo printed mesh upper, crimson accents, a full length Cushlon midsole, and Zoom Turbo under the forefoot. Watch my video to learn more and to see how these are on feet!
Travis Scott x Jordan Jumpman Jack Trainer “Sail / Dark Mocha” Review
Travis Scott’s first signature sneaker by Jordan Brand is here – the Jumpman Jack Trainer. Today, I got my hands on the first colourway to widely release – the “Sail / Dark Mocha” edition. These sneakers feature premium materials, with a design obviously rooted in Nike trainers from the late 80s and early 90s. Check out my review to learn all about this shoe and to see how they look on feet! Anyone else cop a pair today?
Nike Air Pegasus 2K5 “Black / Fire Red” Review
Air Jordan 4 Retro “Vivid Sulfur” Review
Releasing earlier this month was the women’s Air Jordan 4 “Vivid Sulfur”. A twists on the colour blocking of the Fire Red 4s, these opt for bold yellow tones atop a white leather base. Check out my review on this brand new colourway of the silhouette and let me know if you also picked a pair up for yourself or not!
BAPE x Adidas N “Shadow Green” (LWST) Review
Adidas and A Bathing Ape just dropped their latest of many collaborations, this time working together on the 1990s skateboarding shoe model – the Adidas Norton (also called the Adidas Lawsuit or LWST). Changing it up and calling it the “N”, these dropped in late April in two colourways. Check out my video as I review the “Shadow Green” pair, and let me know if this is something you’d rock or not!
