Australian-based boutique, Up There, surprised the world with the sequel to their recently released “Natsukashii” Asics Gel-Kayano 12.1. As part of Kith’s Winter ’24 line, they dropped a couple of Asics collaborations, including the Gel-Kayano 12.1 that I’m reviewing today. This pair features cream mesh, with translucent TPU layers in a pale mint tone. The upper of this shoe is also paired with the tooling of the Gel-Nimbus 17, resulting in a mashup that is refreshingly new but still works.
