Originally released as a Retro+ colourway in 2000, the “Midnight Navy” Air Jordan 6 is finally back 22 years later! Check out my review of this clean colourway, which features great materials in a versatile colour palette! Let me know what you think of these down below – was this a cop or a drop?
Following a new agreement reached between Kobe Bryant’s estate with Nike, they recently released the first Kobe sneaker earlier this month after a nearly year-long hiatus. The “Mambacita Sweet 16” colourway dropped on Gigi’s birthday where she would have turned sixteen years old, and as such, this pair is a nod to her including her jersey #2 visible on the heel.
After passing on these, due to popular demand, I’m finally reviewing a New Balance 993 model. This one is a collaboration with Aime Leon Dore which dropped originally late last year but saw a wider release earlier this year. This “Taupe” colourway is a Made in USA sneaker featuring a mix of mesh, suede and nubuck in a very unique mix of colours.

The “Heritage” Air Jordan 1 is the latest colourway to release and I’m here to break it down for you all! Releasing last month on Nike’s Canadian website, these are slated to drop in the US at the end of May. Done in the same colour blocking style as the Travis Scott x Fragment Jordan 1 High, these replace the blue for a more “heritage” inspired “University Red” tone instead. Union Los Angeles is back with another killer collaboration! This time, they teamed up with Nike to release their take on the Air Jordan 2. The “Future Is Now” collection is their interpretation of futuristic gear with a worn-in aesthetic, and today I’m reviewing one of the two colourways to drop. Salehe Bembury’s final round of New Balance 574 Yurt colourways recently released, and I picked up the Be A Spunge exclusive “Emerald Sky” colourway which I’m reviewing today. This reinvention of the 574 is given a trail and outdoor ready makeover, with a mix of mesh, hairy suede, reflective hits, and of course, the controversial whistle on the heel. The Nike Dunk Low has been given a premium treatment with the release of the “Fossil Rose” colourway. Replacing the typical poor leather with a much improved suede construction, these feature various neutral tones resulting in a very beautiful and easy to wear sneaker.
