Palace Skateboards recently released their New Balance 580 collaboration consisting of two colourways. Today I’m reviewing the more conservative of the two pairs, “Gargoyle / Lapis Blue”. This pair pays homage to the classic New Balance grey tones, and is crafted using a mix of hairy suede and mesh. The “Lost and Found” Air Jordan 1 High imagines what an original 1985 Air Jordan 1 “Chicago” would look like if it was recently discovered in storage 37 years later. Giving us vintage touches like cracked leather, aged soles and a mismatching box, the story telling is incredible on these.
