New Balance and Joe Freshgoods’ latest project, “Let’s Get Weird”, was headlined by three colourways of the New Balance 1890 with inspiration being drawn from the style, colours and vibe of rap music videos from the late 90s. Supreme recently launched five colourways of the Nike SB Dunk Low, with three being regional exclusives. While I missed on those, I did pick up the “White / Silver” colourway, which pairs smooth white leather with silver accents and embroidery. New York based streetwear label, Awake, dropped their newest Jordan Brand collab, this time releasing two colourways of the Air Jordan 5. I got my hands on the more accessible “Racer Blue” pair, which features a premium black leather upper and lots of special touches that make this a truly unique collaboration. South Korean streetwear label, thisisneverthat, returned with another New Balance collaboration – this time creating their take on the popular 991 V2 model. Action Bronson and New Balance are back with their third 990 V6 collaboration. This one called “Untitled”, released in April 2025 and features a mix of white leather and mesh, red and blue accents, and reflective 3M hits. Watch my review and to see how they look on feet. To celebrate their newest flagship store in Osaka, Japan, Kith released this New Balance 991V2 in a familiar colour scheme. Adapting the beloved “Steel Blue” colourway onto the Made in England model, it features premium suede with mesh and synthetic leather overlays. Going back to where their run started, this 992 “Aged Well” seemingly is a washed out version of their original collab from 2020.
