New Balance recently launched the Brights Revival pack of the 991 V2 silhouette – dropping two vibrant, bold colourways of their newest Made in England model. The pair I’m reviewing today is the “Dazzling Blue” colourway, which is crafted in a bold blue hue in a mix of pig suede, mesh and synthetic layers. Undefeated launched their second pack of the Nike Air Terra Humara late last month, following the first pack which released last year. This follow up pack consisted of two colourways, and in today’s review I’ll be covering both pairs! Social Status concludes its four-shoe Nike Mac Attack pack with the upcoming release of the “Status Symbol” colourway. Releasing on March 8th, these feature a mix of white mesh, suede overlays, and removable satin panels which reveal a different suede colour underneath. As part of Aimé Leon Dore’s Spring / Summer ’24 collection, the brand quietly released this New Balance 990 V6 “Incense” to the surprise of many. This Made in USA pair features cream, brown, and beige tones, drawing comparison to the “Mindful Grey” (Cream) general release pair from 2023. A few weeks back, Salehe Bembury released his limited collaboration with New Balance called “Heat Be Hot”. This pack consisted of two pairs of 1906R, one called “Magma”, and the one I’m reviewing today, the “Lava” colourway. This Made in USA pair features a sail coloured mesh, grey suede and black overlays on one of my favourite silhouettes offered by the brand. Earlier this week, Kith released their special collaboration with Madison Square Garden, dropping two colourways of the New Balance 990 V6. Inspired by the teams that call MSG home, the pair I’m reviewing today draw inspiration from the team colours of the NBA’s New York Knicks. This Made in USA pair features cream and grey base layers, along with the signature orange and blue that have made the Knicks one of the most recognizable sport franchises in the world. Today I’ll be reviewing the Asics GT-2160 “Kogarashi”, which was interestingly a pair designed by “Tomo Accounts” (or friends) of Asics, including End Clothing, Sneakersnstuff, Slam Jam, and Naked. Kogarashi refers to when summer meets winter, so this shoe features a mix of warm and cool tones that somehow mesh well together cohesively. Check out my video and let me know what you think!
I recently picked up a pair of the New Balance 990 V6 “Sulphur” on sale, which had previously been sitting on store shelves for weeks. This Made in USA pair, part of Teddy Santis’ Season 3 collection, features a mix of pale yellow mesh and pig suede, along with bold green accents with the New Balance “N” logo and tongue.
