Celebrating the original 1984 look with all-red bandanas, the shoe is crafted using premium green tumbled leather, TMNT dubraes and a ton of other easter eggs throughout. New Balance kicked off their 990 Version series with the 990 V1, which celebrates the upcoming 40th anniversary of the model, which debuted back in 1982. This Made in USA pair is done in the classic grey colour scheme, but ruby red hits pay homage to its anniversary. Imagining what Canadian hero, Terry Fox, would’ve worn in today’s day and age, the Adidas Ultraboost DNA released last week inspired by Fox’s classic blue Orion sneaker.
