Nike and Social Status are set to drop the second colourway of their “Playground” Nike Air Penny 2 collaboration tomorrow, November 4th! This pair opts for lighter tones of white, off-white and light blue for a very clean reinterpretation of this mid-90s classic basketball shoe! Tune in to my review and drop a comment if you can!
Palace Skateboards recently released their New Balance 580 collaboration consisting of two colourways. Today I’m reviewing the louder of the two, “Shaded Spruce / Pansy”. Saucony Canada hooked me up with a pair of the Shadow 6000 from their recently released “Megabyte” collection. This shoe is inspired by retro computers from the 90s, with a grey and off-white colour tone which reminds me of those clunky plastic shelled computers from my childhood. To celebrate Union LA’s 30th anniversary, they linked up with Jordan Brand once again to release two new colourways of the Air Jordan 4. This “Tent & Trail” collection included a bold “Desert Moss” colourway which channels the late 80s / early 90s fashion trend of the outdoors and camping gear. The Adidas A to ZX 26-pair collection is set to end with the ZX 0000. Representing the letter E for “Evolution”, these were originally a prototype design meant to bridge Adidas between the ZX line in the 80s and the EQT line in the 90s.
