Meissen is Europe’s oldest Porcelain manufacturer, and this shoe continues their tradition of excellent craftmanship, as it is manufactured in Adidas’ factories in Germany. The Adidas “A to ZX” collection continues with a non-collaboration pair that I ended up loving. The ZX 6000 “X-Ray” reimagines the silhouette with its insides flipped to the outside for us to see. The addition of exposed foam, translucent TPU overlays and visible stitching gives this shoe a very unique and DIY look to it. Kicking off the Adidas A-ZX collection, which celebrates the ZX line with 26 unique releases – the ZX 1000 returns for the first time since its inital release in the late 80s. This retro runner is done in cream tones with hits of bright blue, and represents the letter “R” in the A-ZX collection for its retro vibes.
