Ambush recently released their latest collaboration with Nike, on two colourways of the Air Force 1 Low. I picked up the “Phantom” colourway, which is crafted using premium leather, and features the familiar “Ambush touches” we’ve grown accustomed to, like the oversized TPU Swoosh, exposed tongue, and exaggerated heel counter. Drake’s Nocta line released a special Nike Air Force 1 late last year, which I picked up through a restock a couple of weeks back. This all-white Air Force 1 Low opts for premium tumbled leather, Nocta logos found throughout, and the name of the famous children’s book, “Love You Forever”, found on the lateral midsole. Berlin-based artist, Ruohan Wang, and Nike, joined forces releasing a collection of shoes, including the Air Force 1 that I’m reviewing today. Featuring Flyleather, which contains at least 50% recycled leather, these promote sustainability while incorporating a bold, custom graphic throughout the upper.
