Originally released in 2007, the “Cool Grey” Air Jordan 3 finally made its return when they released this past Saturday! Featuring a grey nubuck upper, with the signature elephant print, and hits of orange and red for contrast, these are one of my top releases so far in 2021. Going a bit under the radar, the “Varsity Royal” Air Jordan 3 finally released in North America in October, and I managed to pick one up for my latest review! Similar to the “Red Cement” pair from February, this time the Jordan 3 features a blue tumbled leather upper, the iconic elephant print, and Jordan branding to round out the design. Fragment Design and Jordan Brand have teamed up again, releasing a minimalistic take on the Air Jordan 3. Replacing the traditional elephant print with black full-grain leather, and a tumbled white leather upper, these have the sneaker community talking. My newest review covers the Air Jordan 3 Retro SE “Denim”. This clean pair of Jordan 3s replaces the traditional elephant print with Denim, and adds more uniqueness by including a translucent heel tab that showcases both Nike Air and Jumpman branding. The follow up to the original “Animal Instinct” Air Jordan 3 from December, last week we saw the 2.0 version drop worldwide. Featuring various faux animal leathers on its upper like croc, snake and ostrich, these model itself after the classic “Black Cement” colourway but in an elevated, premium way. Inspired by the colours of Michael Jordan’s alma mater, the North Carolina Tar Heels, the Air Jordan 3 “UNC” releases worldwide this coming Saturday! With a tumbled fire red coloured leather upper, and retooling to make this one of the closest to the OG Air Jordan 3s we’ve seen in a while, these were a must have for me! The safari has arrived! The newest Air Jordan 3 to release from Jordan Brand is nicknamed the “Animal Instinct” edition, as it features a pony hair upper, with tiger, leopard and zebra print accents!
