For this past Air Max Day, Nike teamed up with Ducks of a Feather to release an Oregon Ducks PE of the Air Max 95/97 model. Fusing two iconic Air Max sneakers together, this pair features the upper of the Air Max 97 done in an iridescent manner, atop the tooling of the Air Max 95. Following the release of the OG “White / Blue” colourway, Nike released this special edition colourway on Air Max Day, 3.26, inspired by a similar release from a decade ago. Slapping on volt hits on the midsole and tongue, these also have 3.26 branding on the tongue – ensuring they stand out on the streets. The newest Nike Air Max model has arrived – the Air Max DN. Featuring Dynamic Air technology, it is built to give the wearer a more dynamic feel underfoot, with a massive, two chamber, four tube Air unit in the heel which features two distinct pressure levels. After releasing the original “White / Red” version of the Air Max 1 last year in “Big Bubble” form, today, Nike dropped its counterpart – the “White / Royal Blue” pair! Built the same, it features white mesh, blue and grey synthetic suede layers, and an extra large Air Bubble in the heel as a nod to the original 1986 production that was quickly scrapped for its 1987 version! Did anyone else pick these up today?
