Today I’m reviewing the Nike Air Max 95 “Sakura”. Inspired by Japanese cherry blossoms, this pair opts for a canvas and suede construction, in clean tones of grey, white, black and red. Clot and Nike recently released an Air Max 1 inspired by their 2006 collaboration, the “Solar Red” Kiss of Death Air Max 1! These differ from the originals by incorporating a mesh toe box, thin leather liners on the upper, and gold embroidery on the heel with Clot branding. With the originals being one of the most exclusive Air Max 1 releases ever, this year’s re-release was a welcome addition to many Air Max collectors out there!
I’m back with another Nike By You custom Air Max 90! My latest design is inspired by End Clothing’s collaboration with New Balance on the 1500 “Rainbow Eucalyptus”. I tried adopting a similar colour scheme onto the Air Max 90 silhouette – so let me know how you think it turned out!
Size? sent me a pair of the Air Max 90 Premium, in the “Dutch Green / Light Bone” colourway. These Air Maxes are constructed in a combination of premium leather, suede and mesh, with a very earthy colour palette. I scooped up a super clean Air Max 90 recently, in the “Ashen Slate” colourway. This general release has a cool, oceanside vibe to it, with various tones of blue on the upper, with accents of cream to complete the look.
