The Jordan Brand Rare Air series continues with the release of these Air Jordan 3s. Inspired by samples and prototypes that don’t make the cut, these are share similarities to the “Black Cement” Air Jordan 3 but incorporate purposely placed “imperfections” like a flipped back tab, and suede instead of elephant print. Six years since they last retroed, Jordan Brand has brought back the iconic “Black Cement” colourway of the Air Jordan 3. This original colourway from ’88 features a cut that’s more streamlined and similar to the OGs than in years past. Jordan Brand brought back the “Green Glow” colour scheme, famously used on the 2013 Air Jordan 4, but this time on the Jordan 3 instead. With similar colour blocking to the “Black Cement” 3, this pair differs as it features suede on the tongue, and vibrant green hits throughout the sneaker allowing it to stand out on its own.
