Multi-hyphenate creative director Juliana Salazar just dropped her collaboration with Asics. Her take on the Gel-Kayano 14 is full of elegance, with a tonal tan upper crafted out of open mesh and suede. Dressed in earth tones of beige and light brown, this continues JJJJound’s trend of wearable, understated projects. Australia’s HAL Studios’ latest Asics collab gave the Gel-Kayano 20 a twist. Replacing the traditional lacing with three velcro straps, these feature a fall/winter colour palette in tones of brown, black and red. The incredibly popular “Dark Mocha” Air Jordan 1, which dropped first in 2020 as a high top, returns later this week as a Low. Featuring the same look with a sail leather base, black leather overlays and dark mocha coloured nubuck, these are the perfect shoe to wear in the fall months ahead!
Size? continued their rich history with New Balance with an exclusive colourway of the 860 V2 nicknamed “Bacon”. This pair which released last month, features tones of red, brown and cream, which surrounds the ultra comfortable 860 V2 silhouette. Australian-based boutique, Above the Clouds, is back with another Asics GT-2160 collaboration. This time, it utilizes brown, cream and red hits, while still retaining the essence of the 2023 “Green” colourway. As usual, a translucent mesh covers the toebox – so your socks matter! Action Bronson and New Balance have linked up again to release three colourways of the 1906R. After a limited release on his website, on July 12th there was a wider drop which included this “Medusa Azul” colourway. These are crafted out of mesh, with reflective overlays in various tones of blue and tan accents. Tune into my review of this in-demand colourway and leave your opinions down below! Stone Island is following up on last years highly successful 574 Legacy collab with New Balance, dropping two new colourways this week. Releasing in “Light Green” and “Dark Green”, these feature a mix of ripstop, genuine suede, reflective panels and more.
