To celebrate its 40th anniversary, Jordan Brand launched a huge marketing campaign surrounding the release of the Air Jordan 1 High 85 “Bred” (Banned). This iconic sneaker was rebuilt to mimic the look of its original release from 1985. Canadian-based sneaker site, DS Kicks, hooked me up with a pair of the Air Jordan 1 SB “LA to Chicago”, which I’m covering in my latest review! These dropped in 2019, and have become one of the most sought after Air Jordan 1s in the months since they released! With a removable exterior paint, the LA Lakers-themed colourway can be taken off to expose a Chicago 1 underneath. Watch my review to learn more!

Paying homage to Michael Jordan’s progression from a North Carolina Tar Heel, to the NBA with the Chicago Bulls, these feature incredible leather on the upper with power blue and red accents throughout. Game 6 of the 1998 NBA Finals, Michael Jordan hits the game winning shot over Byron Russell to clinch his sixth and final NBA title, and yes, he did it in these shoes. My latest review covers the latest retro of the Air Jordan 14 in the “Last Shot” colourway. One of my all time faves, and definitely a classic that I consider to be one of the greatest Jordans of all time!
