In my latest review, I’m breaking down the limited edition Air Jordan 1 Low “Year of the Tiger”, made to celebrate the Lunar New Year! Dressed in cream leather with black tiger stripes, sail leather and orange hits round out the design. These also come with a special edition box and paper too, which adds to the premium feel of this individually numbered (to 5000) pair.

Celebrating the upcoming Lunar New Year, the New Balance 920 returns in a bold red and gold upper to ring in the Year of the Ox. This Made in England pair was a limited release and features premium materials with small touches throughout as a nod to the upcoming holiday. For every Mickey Mouse fan – this is a must! Disney and Adidas recently teamed up, celebrating the upcoming Lunar Year of the Rat, to release a Mickey Mouse collection of footwear! Though slated for a February drop in the US, these dropped in late January here in Canada. My latest review covers two of the three pairs, with the Superstar and (one pair of the) Stan Smith! In celebration of Chinese New Year, author, chef, and TV producer, Eddie Huang teamed up with Adidas to release a special edition Ultra Boost model. Draped in all red with hits of gold, colours synonymous with Chinese culture, these were a must-cop for me, not only because of my own heritage but because they simply are, in my opinion, one of the dopest Ultra Boosts to drop in a long while! Check out my review and let me know what you think down below!
The good people at Jordan Brand hooked it up again with an early pair of the Air Jordan 6 “Chinese New Year”. Celebrating the lunar calendar’s Year of the Dog, these feature floral and firework print atop a black and gold palette. Check out my review and grab yours this coming Saturday!
