Adidas and Australian-based boutique, Up There, teamed up to release a new silhouette honouring their home city of Melbourne. The Adidas Melbourne features a white mesh base, with suede and leather overlays which are inspired by a track spike worn during the 1956 Melbourne Olympics. With the last few days of 2025 upon us, Concepts dropped a banger with this collaboration with New Balance. New Balance and Joe Freshgoods dropped their latest project – two colourways of the Abzorb 2010 model. I picked up one of the two, “Bag Lady”, which features a mesh upper, boucle fabric overlays, and reflective hits, all in a wearable colour palette. Up There’s reputation of strong collaborations continues, this time dropping a New Balance 991 V2. This pair takes a subtle approach, with black mesh, premium black leather, reflective 3M panels, and tiny pops of green.
