Playstation Canada hooked me up with a pair of the recently released Adidas 4D in collaboration with Marvel, to celebrate the launch of the new Spider-Man 2 video game by Insomniac Studios and Sony. Featuring a red Primeknit upper, blue overlays and white stripes (as a nod to Spider-Man’s advanced suit), the 4D midsole represents the Venom symbiote taking over Peter’s costume. This time they collaborated on the 1906R model in two colours, and in today’s video I’m reviewing the “Bone White” colourway. Sold out quickly, and then offered up again as a pre-order earlier this year, I finally got my hands on the pair I ordered – the “Summit White” colourway. Joe Freshgoods’ latest project with New Balance saw the release of 500 pairs of the 650R model, imaging what it would have been like if Michael Jordan signed with New Balance instead of Nike back in 1984.
