A few weeks back, Nike Sportswear released a duo of Air Max 1 colourways inspired by the 2001 Japan-exclusive “Ugly Duckling” Dunk pack. This “Pecan” colourway is the perfect fall / winter coloured shoe, with brown shades accented with bold yellow hits on the Swoosh and laces. Once a rare Japan-exclusive colourway from 2001, the “Argon” Dunk made its return recently after over twenty years! This classic colourway features a leather upper in two tones of blue, along with white coloured accents for contrast. My latest sneaker pickup and review is the Nike Sportswear Dunk Low in the “Goldenrod” colourway. With a full leather construction, yellow and black coloured leather panels give the shoe a striking look, with a clean white midsole to break up the colours. Social Status’ “Free Lunch” collaboration with Nike recently had their follow up release with the Nike Dunk in the “Strawberry Milk” colourway. Inspired by the milk given to underprivileged kids in the US through the government assistance program, this colourway implements a variety of materials like velvet, nubuck, and a jelly-like TPU Swoosh!
