Montreal-based design studio, JJJJound, dropped their second collection of Asics Gel-Kayano 14s last week, with a “Baby Blue” and “Midnight Navy” colourway each selling out quick. French fashion brand, A.P.C. joined up with Asics to drop a collection inspired by tennis. Multi-hyphenate creative director Juliana Salazar just dropped her collaboration with Asics. Her take on the Gel-Kayano 14 is full of elegance, with a tonal tan upper crafted out of open mesh and suede. Even though summer is over, Concepts’ latest collaboration with Asics gives us that reminder of warmer days gone by. This “Out of Office” colourway of the Gel-Kayano 14 features tropical tones of cream, red and neon green, dressing up this popular runner as if its on vacation. Named “Simply Taupe / Oatmeal”, it has a more premium feel with a tonal mesh and suede upper, in various shades of cream and beige.
