2025 is the Year of the Snake, and Nike is honouring the lunar calendar and its ties to Kobe Bryant, naming this year the Year of the Mamba. As part of this collection, they dropped this China-exclusive colourway of the Kobe 5 Protro, which is dressed in festive colours of red and gold. I finally scooped up my first pair of On sneakers ever! Today, for the first time, I’m reviewing an On pair – the Cloudtilt, in the “Year of the Snake” colourway! This special edition pair celebrates the upcoming Lunar New Year and is dressed in an appropriate colour scheme of white, gold and deep red. I recently picked up the “University Gold / Black” Zoom Vomero 5 by Nike for under retail. A bright and bold colourway that offers a little something different stylistically, while still retaining incredible comfort that the model is known for. The Nike Air Max Sunder from 1999 is finally back, 25 years later, in its original form! This “Canyon Gold” womens colourway just dropped to much anticipation from fans of this trainer. Featuring an outer spandex sleeve, a nubuck mudguard with reflective details, Phylon midsole and Max Air cushioning stay true to the originals. Originally an Asia-exclusive colourway from 1996, the “Ivory Snake” Air Force 1 Low is seeing its second release in the last five years, as part of Nike’s Cult Classics program. Staying true to its original form, a white leather upper is paired with a gold faux snakeskin Swoosh and heel tab. Check out my review on this pair and leave your opinions down below! Based off of the 2006 DMP 11s, Jordan Brand is releasing the Air Jordan 11 “Gratitude” later this week on December 9th. Replacing the nylon upper for a tumbled white leather instead, it otherwise remains fairly true to the original with glossy, black patent leather, gold coloured detailing, and a translucent outsole that made the Air Jordan 11 famous. Releasing later this week is the triple collaboration between Jordan Brand, Union LA, and Bephies Beauty Supply. Headlined by two pairs of Air Jordan 1s, today I’m giving you all an early look at the Air Jordan 1 High which incorporates a woven layer, taken from the Nike Air Footscape. This pair also incorporates beautiful, tumbled sail coloured leather, grey accents and gold or yellow detailing throughout. Celebrating the X-Men’s 60th Anniversary, Kith teamed up with Marvel and Asics to release 7 different colourways of the Gel-Lyte III, each representing different iconic X-Men characters. Today’s video I’ll be giving you a detailed review of the “Wolverine 1980” colourway, which is based off of Wolverine’s costume in the 80s, featuring a mix of brown, yellow and red. Bringing back a 2015 Gel-Lyte III colourway, Concepts and Asics reintroduced this familiar colourway earlier this month with the Gel-Lyte V “Libertea”.
