Travis Scott’s first signature sneaker by Jordan Brand is here – the Jumpman Jack Trainer. Today, I got my hands on the first colourway to widely release – the “Sail / Dark Mocha” edition. These sneakers feature premium materials, with a design obviously rooted in Nike trainers from the late 80s and early 90s. Capitalizing on the current trend of Y2K running shoes turned everyday sneakers, Nike relaunched the Air Pegasus 2005 model. This new colourway that released a few months ago features a mix of black, red and pink tones. Striking in colour as it is comfortable. Check out my review to learn more!
Releasing earlier this month was the women’s Air Jordan 4 “Vivid Sulfur”. A twists on the colour blocking of the Fire Red 4s, these opt for bold yellow tones atop a white leather base. Joe Freshgoods has linked up with New Balance again, reintroducing the New Balance 1000 to the world. This 1999 running shoe was brought back as part of the “When Things Were Pure” collection consisting of two colourways. The one I’m reviewing today is the “Black Ice” pair, which features an iridescent shiny upper, black mesh and a gum outsole. Did any of you also pick up a pair of these?
For my latest video I’ll be reviewing this general release colourway of the Nike SB Dunk Low. Landing in skate shops throughout the last few weeks, these feature an upper crafted out of soft nubuck in blue, green and off-white tones. A gum rubber outsole completes the look, and it’s one of my fave GR Dunks to release over the last few months! Check out my video to learn more!
End and Hoka released their “Overland” collection last month, consisting of apparel and two sneakers – one of which I’m reviewing today. The Hoka Mafate Speed 2 is an extremely well cushioned and dynamic sneaker that works for your off-roading adventures. Comme Des Garçons Homme released two colourways of the New Balance 1906R late last year, one of which I’m reviewing today. The “White” colourway features white mesh with genuine leather overlays, contrasted against a solid black midsole and heel cup. Utilizing more premium materials than usual, are these worth the significant price bump? Check out my video and decide for yourselves!
New Balance is dipping into their archives, going back to 1999 to bring back the 1000 silhouette. One of the first general release colourways is this one that I’m reviewing today in “Silver Metallic / Black”. A mesh upper is complimented with bold, silver synthetic leather layers, designed with a dynamic and fluid appearance. New Balance is set to release a handful of incredible colourway of their 993 model. First up, releasing on April 25th is this “Chive” colourway which I managed to pickup early – featuring a bright green upper comprised of genuine suede, mesh, reflective panels and more.
