It’s been a while since I’ve been this excited about a LeBron James signature sneaker! The Nike LeBron 20 recently debuted to a lot of anticipation as it is such a departure from past signature models. Being a low top model, it also eliminated the bulky look that LeBrons have been known for and was given a much sleeker setup with Zoom Turbo and Zoom Air on the forefoot and heel respectively. I finally managed to scoop up a pair of the Sacai x Nike Zoom Cortez for retail! This futuristic collaboration on the iconic 1972 running shoe adds the signature Sacai touches like dual Swooshes, collars and laces, but adds a Zoom Air unit on the forefoot to improve the comfort too! Undefeated’s second installment of the Dunk vs. AF1 pack, consists of a Dunk and Air Force 1 that are inspired by the late 90s and early 00s when bold colours and materials began to be utilized on sneakers. Palace Skateboards recently released their New Balance 580 collaboration consisting of two colourways. Today I’m reviewing the more conservative of the two pairs, “Gargoyle / Lapis Blue”. This pair pays homage to the classic New Balance grey tones, and is crafted using a mix of hairy suede and mesh. SoleSavy’s third community custom sneaker, the SS3, recently arrived and today I’m reviewing them! This pair was actually designed by a group of 180 SoleSavy members, and the design was executed and built by Garrixon Studios in Philadelphia. Its colours are inspired by The Great Wave Off Kanagawa with various shades of blue and grey dominating the palette. Check out my video for all the details and to see how they look on feet!
