This incredibly limited pair first dropped over a decade ago, and was a Japan-exclusive that dropped to celebrate the T23 basketball tournament sponsored by Jordan Brand. Earlier this month, Kith opened its doors to its newest flagship location, this time in Chicago. To celebrate, they released a World’s Fair collection with Asics, which included four colourways of the Gel-Lyte III model. Today I’m reviewing all of the colourways which represent nations that have hosted a world’s fair in years past. Action Bronson dropped his newest project with New Balance, for the first time reimagining the beloved 992 model. Aimé Leon Dore and New Balance ended 2024 with a pre-order of one of their dopest collabs yet. This gorgeous 993 draws inspiration from the bespoke ALD Porsche 993 Turbo, and it exudes that same luxury with premium materials like soft suede and a genuine leather collar. As if 2025 couldn’t get crazier, Nike and Tom Sachs officially dropped the Mars Yard 3.0, the third iteration of the NikeCraft outer space inspired sneaker. This pair retains the soul of the first two in the familiar colour scheme but adopts some upgrades including added overlays for durability and a carbon fibre shank plate. Nike SB did the unthinkable, releasing this retooled version of the Air Max 95, made for performance in mind. This runner turned skateboard shoe features the classic look of the 95 runner, but incorporates subtle changes like a softer upper, wider fit, and lower to the ground feel. UK-retailer, End, celebrated their 20th anniversary with the release of this special themed Asics Gel-Nimbus 10.1 inspired by late night corner store runs for milk. This pair features a white, cream mesh upper, with bold blue tones throughout for the perfect mix of wearability and pop. Check out my review and to see how these are on feet. Nike launched their newest model under their revamped Road Running line, the Vomero Plus – featuring maximum cushioning with a full length ZoomX midsole. Today I’m reviewing one of the debut colourways, which mixes white mesh with a bold neon crimson coloured chunky midsole for ultra cushioning and bounce. Kith recently restocked this special colourway of the Asics Gel-1130, “Cream / Starlight Blue”. This summer-ready shoe features a lightweight mesh upper, with synthetic overlays in silver and light blue. Though the Kith branding is at a minimum, it still stands out for its wearability.
