Releasing a couple months ago as a Kith in-store exclusive, the Asics GT-2160 dropped in two Kith-exclusive colourways, including this one in “Cream / Solar Power”. This 2011-performance running shoe is now back as one of Asics’ mainstream lifestyle sneakers, featuring a mix of cream coloured mesh and synthetic silver and yellow coloured overlays. As part of Kith and Adidas Originals fall 2023 lineup, I picked up one of the shoes that released – the Rod Laver. Named after the Australian tennis great, this shoe dates back to the 70s and has been more of a cult classic sneaker that has retroed a few times throughout history. This new colourway for Kith though is clean, minimalistic, and perfect for those not looking to boldly display a company’s logo on their feet.
