I picked up my first ever pair of the Asics Gel-Nunobiki, with this pair being part of the 6-pair collection released in collaboration with Kith. This “Delicioso / Pure Silver” colourway features a matcha-like green synthetic upper along with brown mesh and silver accents. Nike Basketball brought back this classic from 2011 – the Nike Kobe 6 “Italian Camo”. Built close to the original but tweaked in “protro” form, these feature a camo printed mesh upper, crimson accents, a full length Cushlon midsole, and Zoom Turbo under the forefoot. Nike Kobe 6 Protro “Reverse Grinch” Review
Following the protro release of the original “Grinch” Nike Kobe 6 in 2021, Nike Basketball followed it up with a “Reverse Grinch” colourway that released last week. Swapping the original colours, the signature green upper is now red, while red accents and laces are now a vibrant electric green shade. Nike Kobe 4 Protro “Mambacita” (Gigi) Review
Nike recently brought back the Kobe 4 Protro to honour what would have been Gigi Bryant’s 17th birthday. This “Mambacita” colourway is dressed in a simple white and black make up, with subtle hits of gold and red to honour the late Laker Legend’s late daughter. Check out my detailed review and see how they look on feet before deciding on your opinion!

Adidas Crazy 1 (The Kobe) “Stormtrooper” Review
Before his time with Nike, the late Kobe Bryant was an Adidas-sponsored athlete. His second last signature shoe, The Kobe, recently returned in retro form in the original “Stormtrooper” colourway. Check out my review of these 2000s-era basketball shoes and drop a comment down below if you’re a fan!

Nike Kobe 6 Protro “Playoff Pack” Review
The next Nike Kobe shoe set to release is the Kobe 6 Protro “Playoff Pack”. Originally releasing in April 2011, a decade later Nike Basketball is bringing them back in Protro form. Featuring a colour base of white, black and yellow, these were a must for me given its wearability and overall clean look. These release in North America on June 3rd, so let me know if you are going to be trying for them!
Nike Kobe 5 Protro “Big Stage / Parade” Review
The first Kobe sneaker to release following his untimely passing, the Kobe 5 Protro “Big Stage / Parade” kicked off Mamba Week with a limited drop this past week. Done in a split fashion, one side is inspired by the Big Stage colourway from 2010, and the other taking tattoo-like graphics from the Parade PE colourway. Check out my detailed review for a closer look and to hear my thoughts on this pair!
Nike Kobe 4 Protro “Draft Day” Review
Arguably the greatest Kobe model of all time, the Kobe 4 is back in “Protro” form, with the “Draft Day” colourway honouring Kobe being drafted by the Hornets in the 1996 NBA Draft! Sticking true to the original, this model has always been one of my faves and I’m super stoked to review the first, of hopefully, many Kobe 4 Protros to drop in the future!
