2023 marks the twentieth anniversary of LeBron James’ first ever signature sneaker by Nike – the Air Zoom Generation. Releasing earlier this month was this greyscale version, opting for more premium materials with a mix of buttery suede and nubuck. Today I’m reviewing the Saucony Shadow 5000 that is inspired by the Galapagos Islands and one of its native birds – the blue-footed booby! This Saucony x Saucony release has an incredible tropical look and feel to it, with a mix of vibrant blue and green tones, along with neutral suede overlays. Nike SB’s latest Dunk release is this collaboration with beloved Mexican soda brand, Jarritos! These Dunk Lows feature a tearaway canvas upper, revealing a vibrant orange layer beneath. In addition, soft suede-like leather covers the base of the shoe along with a green textile Swoosh that can also be customized and removed. JJJJound continued their ongoing partnership with Reebok by releasing a new version of the Club C 85. Crafted using a soft, tumbled white leather on the upper, olive coloured accents are seen throughout the shoe resulting in a very wearable, simple and versatile everyday sneaker. California-based purveyor of Italian made footwear, Collegium, recently had their official worldwide launch of the Pillar Court II!
