The Nike SB Dunk Low “What The Paul” pays tribute to pro skateboarder, Paul Rodriguez, and his long standing relationship with Nike SB. Done in the patchwork / mismatching “What The” style, each shoe features different elements of some of P Rod’s past collaborations with Nike, ranging from iconic colourways of the P Rod 1 to P Rod 10, to the Nike SB Dunk High. Concepts x New Balance 999 “Hyannis Blue” Review
My New Balance grail has been obtained! Thanks to StockX, earlier this month I picked up a pair of the Concepts x New Balance 999 “Hyannis” in the Blue colourway. This Made in US pair is a “remastered” take on the “Kennedy” 999, which was the first ever collab between New Balance and Concepts from back in 2011. Nike Air Max 90 QS “Laser” Review
The Nike Air Max 90 is given a unique and premium treatment with this “Laser” iteration that quietly dropped on the Nike Canada SNKRS website in late April. Done in a one-piece leather upper, the entire upper is lasered out to give it a unique woodgrain looking design. Check out my review for a closer look at these and let me know if these are a cop or drop for you!
Travis Scott x Air Jordan 6 Retro SP “British Khaki” Review
Travis Scott and Jordan Brand followed up their 2019 collab on the Air Jordan 6 with a brand new colourway, “British Khaki”, that released last week. My latest review goes in-depth into this much anticipated pair, which while similar to its predecessor, has a few changes built in to make it truly stand out. Did you guys grab a pair, or take an L?
A Ma Maniére x Air Jordan 3 Retro SP “Raised by Women” Review
My review of one of the biggest drops of 2021 is here! A Ma Maniére and Jordan Brand’s collaboration on the Air Jordan 3 celebrates the women in our lives. Nicknamed “Raised by Women”, this women’s release features an elegant, premium but vintage feel to it, and is definitely one of my favourite releases to release this year so far. Check out my in-depth review, let me know what you think of them, and best of luck as these drop on A Ma Maniére’s website on April 28th!
Readymade x Nike Blazer Mid “White” Review
Japanese brand Readymade teamed up with Nike to release two colours of the Nike Blazer Mid! Inspired by the idea of sustainability and turning waste into something new, these are a very unique reinvention of the classic Blazer, with multiple laces, deconstructed panels, and exposed foam. Check out my in-depth review of the “White” colourway and let me know if you’re feeling these!
Bodega x Adidas Forum 84 High “Friends & Family” Review
The good people at Bodega surprised me with an individually numbered pair of their Friends & Family Adidas Forum 84 High! Limited to 333 pairs, these showed up at my door earlier this week with no prior leaks, info or news posted anywhere online! Check out my in-depth review to get a closer look at these beauties! Much love to the Bodega family!
Denham x Nike Air Max 1 “Blue Void” Review
Amsterdam-based jean maker, Denham, teamed up with Nike to release a collection of Air Maxes! Though these dropped in 2020, I picked up a pair of the highly sought after Air Max 1 in the “Blue Void” colourway. Featuring denim, suede and leather overlays, these incorporate a ton of details and patterns for a very premium look and feel!
