2024 marks the 35th anniversary of the iconic New Balance 1500. Originally released in 1989, it continues to be one of the brand’s most popular models, so its fitting that they released this special edition colourway for the moment! Before 2021 ends, I picked up another New Balance shoe. This time it’s the 1500 in the “Slate Blue / Grey” colourway. This made in England pair is incredibly crafted, with quality nubuck in a cool, simple combination of grey and blue tones.
