After months of anticipation, New Balance finally released the 990 V6 last week! This Made in USA pair is the 6th generation of New Balance’s iconic 990 line, and it is a radical change from its predesessors with a revamped, modern design and increased cushioning with FuelCell technology. Kith continued their 10-year anniversary celebrations by dropping a four-shoe New Balance 990 pack in late-June which were inspired by some of their past collabs. After being named last year as New Balance Made In USA’s Creative Director, Teddy Santis (of Aime Leon Dore) dropped his first collection last week. Today I’m reviewing my favourite of the three pairs in the set, the 990 V3 in the “Marblehead / Incense” colourway.
