This one, on the 992, celebrates the brand’s 10th year anniversary and is inspired by the colours of the New York City skyline! Celebrating the New York-based annual streetball tournament, the Nike Dunk Low “NY vs NY” is set to drop soon. Featuring a green leather base and tumbled white leather overlays, these pop with an orange swoosh and icy clear outsole. Recently I picked up a pair of the Kith x Nike collab on the Air Force 1, which celebrates New York City and its hometown NBA team, the Knicks. These released back in December of 2020, and it adopts the Knicks’ team colours of orange and blue, atop a clean, white leather base. Check out my review for an in-depth look!
MTA, New York City’s transportation authority, teamed up with New Balance for one of the most unlikeliest of collaborations. This 920 model is constructed entirely in grey, reminiscent of a subway train, with hits of blue which are taken from the MTA logo itself. Check out my review for an in-depth look of this Made in UK pair and let me know if this is a pair you guys like or not down below!
My latest New Balance pickup is the Todd Snyder collab with the 997 Triborough in Grey! This pair dropped in the end of 2020, alongside two other colourways on Todd Snyder’s website! I got the Grey colourway which was my fave, consisting of premium suedes in beautiful grey and tan tones. Check out my review for a closer look and to learn more about these!

The winning design for New York City from last year’s On Air Contest, Gabrielle Serrano’s “La Mezcla” draws inspiration by what makes NYC great – its people! Taking the Air Max 98 and incorporating a gradient pattern representing the diversity of The Big Apple, these are being slept on big time! Check out my in depth review to learn more!
A few weeks ago, Nike quietly dropped their latest collab with Dover Street Market, this time with the Air Force 1 Low “NYC” model to celebrate the fifth year anniversary of their New York City location. Featuring premium tumbled leather with subtle hits as a nod to DSM and the Big Apple, these were one of those under the radar drops I had to have!
I got sent a mystery package from a mystery sender. This time, however, it came with a major twist. This is a very important video, and I urge you all to watch this until the end. Modern day slavery is very real.
