Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG “Shattered Backboard” (2025) Review

Considered a grail for many when it comes to Air Jordan 1 non-original colourways, the “Shattered Backboard” colourway is back ten years after they originally released in 2015. This pair pays homage to Michael Jordan shattering a backboard during a Nike exhibition basketball game in Trieste, Italy. Following up on their highly successful 2021 collab, Patta and Nike are back, bringing back the “Waves” theme but this time on the Air Max 90. Air Jordan 12 Retro “Flu Game” (2025) Review

For the first time since it last retroed in 2016, the “Flu Game” or Bred Air Jordan 12 has returned! This original colourway was made legendary when worn by a flu-ridden MJ during Game 5 of the 1997 NBA Finals. This year’s retro does it justice with soft tumbled black leather and the bold textured red overlays. Tune into my review for all the info you need! Anyone else pick these up?

Air Jordan 1 High 85 “Bred” (Banned) Review

To celebrate its 40th anniversary, Jordan Brand launched a huge marketing campaign surrounding the release of the Air Jordan 1 High 85 “Bred” (Banned). This iconic sneaker was rebuilt to mimic the look of its original release from 1985. Air Jordan 5 Retro OG (Reimagined) “Black Metallic” Review

Jordan Brand continues their Reimagined series with the upcoming release of the Air Jordan 5 “Black Metallic”. This original colourway from 1990 stays true to the original with some twists including grey piping on the edges of the panels, and more reflective detailing on the shoe. Rui Hachimura x Air Jordan 1 Retro Low OG “Cranes” Review

Originally a PE that was unveiled in 2022, Jordan Brand brought back an alternate colourway of the Rui Hachimura x Air Jordan 1 Low, this one being an Asia exclusive. Featuring beige suede and textile overlays, the layers depict cranes and Japanese cherry blossoms, as a nod to his heritage. Check out my review and see how these are on feet!

Air Jordan 3 Retro “Black Cat” (2025) Review

First released in 2007, the “Black Cat” Air Jordan 3 has finally returned. This black-out colourway features a nubuck upper, shiny patent leather layers, and the signature elephant print but also turned all-black. Given the popularity of the “Black Cat” 4s, it’ll be interesting to see how these fare in today’s sneaker climate! Is anyone picking these up?

Air Jordan 3 Retro “Black Cement” (2024) Review

Six years since they last retroed, Jordan Brand has brought back the iconic “Black Cement” colourway of the Air Jordan 3. This original colourway from ’88 features a cut that’s more streamlined and similar to the OGs than in years past. It’s crafted using a soft black leather with elephant print and hits of red to complete the look. Check out my early review and let me know if you plan on picking up a pair this weekend!
