Today I’m reviewing one of the most hyped up releases of 2023 – the Travis Scott x Air Jordan 1 Low “Medium Olive”. This women’s release features a mix of black suede, sail leather, and that signature oversized reverse Swoosh in an olive tone. Joining forces with Marvel, Nike is dropping a sequel shoe for the sequel movie, Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse. This Air Jordan 1 is a spin on the “Chicago” colourway, incorporating an array of materials and textures making it seem like it leapt straight from a comic or film. Releasing on May 20th, these are a must for any Spidey geek out there!
This past weekend we saw the release of the “Lucky Green” Air Jordan 1. A bold, vibrant shade of green leather compliments the classic “Black Toe” colour blocking style. Releasing in stores on December 30th, this pair is as close to the originals as we’ve seen, with a sleeker toe box, soft smooth white leather, and the signature iguana-embossed midpanel. Originally an extremely limited pair from 2003, Nike SB brought back the eBay-inspired Dunk Low earlier this month paying homage to the chopped up auction house pair by utilizing clear TPU panels.
