First released in 2007, the “Black Cat” Air Jordan 3 has finally returned. This black-out colourway features a nubuck upper, shiny patent leather layers, and the signature elephant print but also turned all-black. Given the popularity of the “Black Cat” 4s, it’ll be interesting to see how these fare in today’s sneaker climate! Is anyone picking these up?
Based off of the 2006 DMP 11s, Jordan Brand is releasing the Air Jordan 11 “Gratitude” later this week on December 9th. Replacing the nylon upper for a tumbled white leather instead, it otherwise remains fairly true to the original with glossy, black patent leather, gold coloured detailing, and a translucent outsole that made the Air Jordan 11 famous. To kick off April, Jordan Brand dropped a brand new colourway of the Air Jordan 11 Low model – in “Cement Grey”. The low top version of the Air Jordan 11 features a grey patent leather, along with crisp white mesh on the upper, and subtle hits of university blue throughout. Amsterdam-based boutique, Patta, continued their line of “Wavy” Air Max 1 collabs with the release of the “White / Pure Platinum” colourway late last month. Featuring a reworked wavy mudguard, it incorporates a clean palette of white, grey and silver resulting in a very simple but wearable shoe. The Air Jordan 1 returns in the iconic “Bred” or “Black / Red” colourway but with a twist! This version features an upper entirely constructed out of shiny patent leather, which gives the pair that extra pop and shine. Although delayed, these are supposedly set to drop at the end of this month, so who is planning on trying to cop these?

My latest review covers the upcoming Air Jordan 1 “Black / Metallic Gold”, set to release November 30th! This colourway is constructed out of black and gold patent leather for a super shiny finish to them. Looking similar to the 2003 mid version, these incorporate a bit more gold to them, but generally have a similar look.
