A few weeks back, Nike Sportswear released a duo of Air Max 1 colourways inspired by the 2001 Japan-exclusive “Ugly Duckling” Dunk pack. This “Pecan” colourway is the perfect fall / winter coloured shoe, with brown shades accented with bold yellow hits on the Swoosh and laces. Nike Air Max 1 Premium “Wabi-Sabi” (Air Max Day) Review

Nike celebrated Air Max Day, 3.26, by dropping three regional exclusive Air Max 1s. The Asia and Latin America pair was the women’s “Wabi-Sabi” colourway which I’m reviewing today. Based on the philosophy of seeing beauty in imperfection, this pair is done in mismatching fashion, with a canvas and leather construction, contrast stitching, and an overall raw and natural aesthetic. Check out my video and let me know if you scooped these up for yourself too!
