Canadian abstract artist, Callen Schaub, is set to launch his first ever collaboration with Saucony. Releasing two pairs on May 6th, today I’m reviewing one of the two – the Progrid Omni 9. Saucony’s latest SauconyXSaucony drop is this Progrid Omni 9, inspired by the crystal cave in Kutztown, Pennsylvania. Featuring an iridescent and shimmery upper, these have a unique mix of materials that are utilized so well on this early 2010s running silhouette. Highsnobiety teamed up with Saucony to release two colourways of the 2007-released running shoe – the Progrid Triumph 4. Today, I’m reviewing the “Silver / Multi” colourway which has that 2000s era aesthetic, with a white mesh base, silver synthetic overlays, and neon coloured hits.
