LaMelo Ball’s debut signature sneaker with Puma dropped last month and sold out worldwide. The MB.01’s first drop was done in an all-red finish, featuring an embroidered engineered knit upper, Puma’s Nitro Foam cushioning, and various nods on the shoe that are inspired by Ball’s tattoos. Rhuigi Villasenor’s collaboration with Puma is all kinds of fire! Working on the Puma Suede silhouette, its given a vintage touch with muted yellow tones, green suede hits, and a playful hit of faux croc leather on the heel. Puma Canada sent me a pair of the RS-Connect Lazer, which is a new silhouette that opts for a sleek but chunky look at the same time! A mesh upper with accents of suede create a lightweight and breathable feel, while the RS cushioning in the midsole results in exceptional comfort on feet! To kick off February, Chinese fashion label, Sankuanz, and Puma teamed up to release an eclectic collection of both footwear and apparel. Puma Canada hooked me up and sent me my fave of the pack, the RS-X model, which is done in cream-based colour scheme with loud hits of royal blue and neon green! The next Puma Clyde Court dropped last week, with the “Peace on Earth” colourway, that is inspired by the good will of the holiday season and the hopes for peace on our planet. With design cues taken from the symbolic white dove, Puma is donating $5 for each pair of these shoes sold, to the Trayvon Martin Foundation. A big thank you to Puma Canada for sending these to me!
