Aimé Leon Dore brought back a 1982 tennis sneaker from New Balance – the T500. Releasing as part of the brand’s Fall / Winter 2023 lineup, they dropped in three colourways. Today, I’ll be reviewing my fave of the three, the “White / Green” pair, that features quality leather uppers and vintage colour blocking atop a classic, clean, silhouette design. This “Orange / Cream” colourway features beautiful, buttery suede, slick mesh, and reflective detailing throughout in a fall ready colour palette. The New Balance “Refined Future” recently made its return on the 1906R silhouette in a minimalistic, clean colourway for summer. Featuring that recognizable torn-up upper look, this pair is crafted using a mix of white mesh, genuine leather, and suede, with cream coloured hits throughout.
