Amsterdam-based jean maker, Denham, teamed up with Nike to release a collection of Air Maxes! Though these dropped in 2020, I picked up a pair of the highly sought after Air Max 1 in the “Blue Void” colourway. Featuring denim, suede and leather overlays, these incorporate a ton of details and patterns for a very premium look and feel! My latest New Balance pickup is the Todd Snyder collab with the 997 Triborough in Grey! This pair dropped in the end of 2020, alongside two other colourways on Todd Snyder’s website! Philippines-based boutique, Titan 22, teamed up with Jordan Brand to release their unique take on the Air Jordan 23. Replacing the traditional “MJ” embroidery with their signature logo’s lightning bolts, these are done in a clean black, gold and white colour scheme. Bodega and Nike teamed up to end 2020 with a final Dunk collaboration! The “Legend” release is designed with nostalgia in mind, with inspiration taken from a baseball glove and old western cowboys. Featuring premium materials, these were a great way to cap off the unofficial Year of the Dunk. Big thanks to Bodega and Nike for sending over these beauties! As 2020 winds to a close, I managed to pickup another huge Nike Dunk release! This time I’m reviewing the Sean Cliver “Holiday Special” SB Dunk Low! This festive pair is one of the year’s best, with a white leather upper, blue suede hits and gold accents to round out the design. To celebrate the 30th anniversary of the legendary Gel-Lyte III model, Asics and Ronnie Fieg teamed up to release 30 different colourways, sold exclusively at Kith, as part of The Palette collection. I picked up the “Plaster” colourway, which incorporates a grey suede upper with a pale blue midsole and outsole, for a lowkey but very wearable look. The last of the Nike “Ugly Duckling” pack, the “Ceramic” Dunk Low is set to drop tomorrow November 19th. These Dunks incorporate a full suede upper, in orange and green, and complete the trio of Dunks that originally released in Japan back in 2001.
