New York based streetwear label, Awake, dropped their newest Jordan Brand collab, this time releasing two colourways of the Air Jordan 5. I got my hands on the more accessible “Racer Blue” pair, which features a premium black leather upper and lots of special touches that make this a truly unique collaboration. Travis Scott and Jordan Brand returned today with a brand new colourway of the Air Jordan 1 Low OG. This women’s release is inspired by Scott’s high school colours of blue and yellow, and is built in a mix of tumbled leather, and smooth suede. This year marks the 75th anniversary of Jackie Robinson breaking the colour barrier of baseball, and Nike released a special edition Dunk Low to commemorate this moment in history. Last week, Jordan Brand released the “Racer Blue” Air Jordan 3! This new colourway adopts the colour blocking style of the Fire Red 3 but swaps out the signature red for a bold blue shade. 3M is overlaid on top of the signature elephant print as well for an added level of flare.
